Term of Service

I. COMMISSION & REQUIREMENTS:
1. Character limit:
Each artwork can include a maximum of 5 characters. If you would like to request more than 5 characters, please offer a suitable additional price.2. Revisions:
- Each commission includes up to 3 free revisions.
- After all 3 free revisions have been used, each additional revision will cost +$3/ per revision.
- Each revision may affect no more than 20% of the overall artwork.3. Brief changes & cancellation:
- Clients may only change their brief or cancel their commission before artist sends the sketch.
- Once the sketch has been provided, the brief can no longer be changed. If the client wishes to cancel the commission at this stage, a cancellation fee of 30% of the commission price will apply.
- Failure to pay the cancellation fee may result in the client being added to the artist’s blacklist.4. Commission slot transfers:
If a commission slot is transferred or sold to another person, no additional fees may be charged by the intermediary or the person transferring the slot.II. PAYMENT, COMMUNICATION & REFUNDS:
1. Payment methods:
Accepts payment via PayPal only.2. Payment:
- After receiving the sketch, the client must complete full payment within 1 week.
- If additional time is needed, please contact artist. The payment deadline may only be extended for a maximum of 1 additional week.3. Progress updates & communication:
- Clients may contact artist at any time if they would like an update on the progress of their commission.
- If artist is unable to reach client through the provided contact information, a notification will be sent via email. If the client doesn't respond within 1 week, commission will be cancelled.3. Refunds:
- Once artist sent the sketch, no refunds will be provided.
- If artist is unable to complete the commission by the agreed deadline due to unforeseen circumstances such as health issues, natural disasters,... artist will notify clients in advance, both parties will discuss and set a new deadline.
- If artist fails to complete the commission by the newly agreed deadline, artist will issue a 150% refund of the commission price.III. OWNERSHIP:
- The artwork only be used for personal purposes unless client has purchased the appropriate commercial usage rights.
- Client may print the artwork for personal use with a maximum limit of 20 copies.
- Any commercial use of the artwork must be disclosed to artist, the appropriate commercial usage rights must be purchased in advance( includes for livestreaming purposes such as opening, waiting, or ending screens, overlays, thumbnails, printing for sale or distribution in large quantities).
- The artwork may not be used for AI training, AI image generation, NFTs, or any other purposes related to AI.IV. ARTIST'S RIGHTS:
- Artist has the right to decline any commission that is beyond their abilities.
- Artist has the right to post the completed artwork on social media platforms and use it for personal promotional purposes.
- Artist does not accept private commission. Requests to delay posting must be discussed before placing the commission.
- Artist may not print, sell, or use the commissioned artwork for any commercial purpose without the client's permission.

-Additional character: +80% of the commission price.
-Layer separation: +50% of the commission price.
-Commercial use: x2 the commission price.
